Your wedding will be one of the most important events in your life. A day that is about you... not about your officiant. Your wedding should reflect your personalities, your lives, your dreams, as well as your love and commitment to one another. It should not be what your officiant presumes in a one-size-fits-all ceremony. Because your wedding is so important, it should be celebrated with an officiant who wants to help you create a wedding that is truly your own. Your officiant should have resources available to you and the experience of performing hundreds of weddings...not a handful. This is our philosophy - and to achieve the goals stated above, our service to you includes:

A face-to-face conference --

After considering availability for your wedding date, we will be happy to schedule a "no obligation" conference with you. We will arrange to meet at a convenient location. This allows an opportunity to meet and share your expectations for your wedding celebration.

If you decide to reserve your wedding at the initial conference you will be given a folder to help organize your wedding service. Along with other valuable information, the folder contains details about personalizing your ceremony and a variety of outline examples.

Your Rehearsal --

If you hold a rehearsal, your Officiant should be there if his schedule allows. (Only in rare instances do we send our wedding coordinators to your rehearsal.)

Your Wedding Day --

Your minister will arrive with plenty of time to take care of last-minute details, to assure all is in place, and again review with the wedding party, the readers, moms, musicians / DJ, etc., the plan for your ceremony.

The Certificate of Marriage --

The responsibility of your officiant does not end with the declaration of marriage. He needs to submit, in a timely fashion, your marriage license. Your officiant will also present you with a Certificate of Marriage in a keepsake form, professionally printed and displayed in a presentation folder. This certificate will be signed by your officiant and two witnesses of your choosing, and presented to you on the day of your wedding.
