My sister had a friend who just got an online license do her wedding and it was a train wreck. He obviously had no public speaking training and lost his place numerous times throughout the ceremony. She was totally embarrassed (and it was embarrassing for me and my family). It was a really bad way to start off the wedding celebration. The ceremony was a topic of discussion at a lot of tables at the reception. Believe me, having a friend do your wedding may seem like fun, but actually end up being a fiasco.
